RGK UK Ltd is a family owned business
that has specialised in the supply of Cleaning Equipment, Housekeeping Equipment, Washroom and Toilet Equipment and Air Care Equipment since 1971.
Throughout that time we have developed a knowledge and expertise
second to none, selecting only the best quality and value-for-money products and giving the best advice possible prior to purchase where required.
We too are a customer
Due to other business interests we ourselves are a user and are therefore able to thoroughly field test most of the equipment before we offer it to you on our website.
We only supply high quality equipment from reputable manufacturers, operating registered quality assurance or conformity systems, which will carry out the task well and give you long and reliable service.
We are also a very different type of on-line supplier in as much as we offer free expert advice on every item we supply, including sound information on the abilities and limitations.
This way you can be sure that what you are buying from us is the best possible solution for the task in hand. Experience tells us that most of our customers appreciate honest guidance when it comes to deciding what to buy.
With over 40,000 customers in all types of business including offices, shops, workshops, factories, farms, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, hotels, guest houses, nursing homes, leisure centres etc., we have accumulated a vast knowledge of the applications where our equipment can and cannot be used.
As an on-line supplier we are virtually unique in that we can arrange service and repair for all the equipment we sell.
If in the unlikely event your purchase from us fails to operate, even long after the warranty period is over, call us and for a modest charge, we will arrange uplift, have it repaired and returned to you within a few days.
Delivery is normally 2-3 days for 99% of our range including spare parts and accessories (except where otherwise stated). Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed that same day.
We readily accept payment by all the major credit cards, by cheque or by direct bank transfer (by special arrangement only).
Local Authorities, Public Bodies, Educational Authorities, Universities, Health Boards etc, need only supply an official purchase order by e-mail, fax or regular mail.
We discourage a buy and try it policy, preferring instead that you seek our advice before making your purchase. The savings from this policy are passed on to you in our pricing.
However, under certain circumstances we will accept returns, if the goods are in the same condition as you received them and they are accompanied by all the packaging etc. Business customers
Returned goods will only be accepted for reasons, other than faulty, on condition they are unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to apply a 25% re-stocking charge (£35 + vat minumum) to cover the cost of delivery, collection and repackaging. This charge also applies to products which are still on-build at the factory especially for that customer. Domestic customers
If you wish to return goods for any reason other than they are faulty or damaged then we reserve the right to apply a collection charge of £35 + vat and £55 + vat for goods over 25 kg. Faulty or damaged goods will be collected and replaced free of charge. Refund is conditional on there being no breach of the customer's statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

Everything we sell carries a full manufacturer's warranty, the period of which is clearly stated in the description text of each item on our website.
