Rugged and versatile petrol-powered hot water high-pressure cleaner which operates independently of an electricity supply. Four-stroke air-cooled 5.5 HP Honda petrol engine with pull starter.

Engine and pump installed on anti-vibration mounts in sturdy, easily transported tubular steel frame for reliable protection against damage. Frame is powder coated to protect it against corrosion and has holders to accommodate the standard accessories.

Large diameter, pneumatic wheels ensure good mobility, even in difficult terrain. Durable, fully enclosed three-piston axial pump with swash plate drive ensures outstanding efficiency and an extra long wear life. The pump's brass cylinder head and stainless steel valves are designed for tough professional applications.

Safety valve reliably protects the unit against excessively high pressures. Low oil cutout, which shuts off engine automatically in the event of a low oil level. Relief valve with integral pressure and water flow control to suit different cleaning tasks.

The thermal sensor on the pump's cylinder head shuts down the engine automatically if the temperature exceeds a certain limit when the trigger gun closed. Infinitely variable detergent metering valve ensures precise and economic detergent feed in low pressure mode, set by rotating the triple nozzle, which has two additional jets, a high-pressure pencil jet and a high-pressure 25° fan jet.

Water flow rate 600 litres/hour, operating pressure 140 bar (2072psi), maximum temperature 80°C, fuel oil consumption 3,7 kg/h @ 80°C, fuel tank capacity 21 litres.

Powerful, hot water high-pressure cleaner with robust air-cooled 13HP (DIN) Honda four-stroke petrol engine and electric starter for operation independently of an electricity supply. All components accommodated in a sturdy tubular steel frame, which provides all-round protection during heavy-duty applications.

The frame is specially designed for mechanical handling with a crane or forklift truck. The engine is equipped with an automatic speed reducing facility which lowers the noise level during work breaks and greatly extends the service life of the high-pressure cleaner.

High-grade materials in the high-pressure pump, i.e. brass cylinder head, stainless steel valves, nickel-chromium plated stainless-steel pistons, help guarantee a long service life and superior running characteristics. A pressure relief valve, integral pressure and water flow controls as well as the steam mode ensure that performance can be ideally matched to different cleaning tasks.

The high-performance 71kW / 61000 kcal burner, with upright heater coil and non-detonating continuous ignition, has an infinitely variable setting between 80° and 140°C. Fuel consumption 5.6 kg per hour. Safety features include low oil cut-out, safety valves, low water cut-out and low heating oil cut-out.

The float tank with its integrated drip-feed scale inhibitor (DGT) reliably isolates the unit from the drinking water main. Servopress system permits infinitely variable control of pressure, from 40-210 bar (888 - 3108psi) and water flow from 450 - 900 litres per hour. 30-litre heating oil tank, detergent metering valve, 15 metres high-pressure hose.
