Roomba is the floor washing household robot from iRobot. It washes floors automatically and routinely, so you don't have to.
4 Stage cleaning process: 1) Preps - picks up dirt, sand and crumbs, 2) Washes - uses only clean solution to wash floors, 3) Scrubs - powerful brush removes dirt, grime and stuck-on mess, 4) Dries - squeegee lifts dirty water from floors.
Cleans upto 80 square metres (3-4 average size rooms) on a single battery charge. One full tank washes upto 40 square metres before it requires refilling.
Autonomous cleaning pattern covers each area of floor an average of 5 times. Cliff sensing technology allows Scooba to avoid stairs and ledges.
Virtual Wall creates an infrared beam that Scooba will not cross - use Virtual Wall to mark off-limit areas in your home.
Suitable for iRobot Scooba hard floor cleaner or clean tap water.
It is only 8cm tall so can clean under furniture and in other hard to reach places that normal floor washers can't.
A Virtual Wall Lighthouse helps your Roomba navigate around the home from room to room.
Roomba automatically returns to its recharging dock when required and will be ready again in 3 hours. Roomba is powered by a rechargeable battery which will last for up to 90 minutes, meaning up to 4 rooms can be cleaned on a single charge.
