Product Details
We only supply high quality equipment from reputable manufacturers operating a registered quality control system, or conform to one, which will carry out the task well and give you long and reliable service.
If in the unlikely event the item you have purchased does require attention during the warranty period, we offer you a choice of two after sales options:-
1. Return the faulty item to us or the manufacturer as directed and we (they) will repair it and return it to you entirely free of charge (subject of course to the manufacturers warranty conditions).
Note: A return charge of £9.95 + vat (£55 + vat for palleted items) will be applied to the cost of the repair if the repair proves not to be covered by the warranty. Under these circumstances we would always contact you beforehand and advise the cost before proceeding with the repair.
2. Package the faulty product safely in a suitable box, and we will arrange to collect it anywhere in the UK mainland, bring it back to our or the manufacturer's workshops, repair it entirely free of charge (subject again to the manufacturer's warranty conditions) and deliver it back to you, all for only £29 + vat (£55 + vat for palleted items).
On larger equipment which can't easily be collected by carrier we can arrange for the manfacturer's engineer to carry out the repair where possible, this will incur a callout charge. For out of warranty call out charges and labour rates please call us on 01506 847999.
