RGK (UK) Ltd is a family owned business and has specialised in the supply of Cleaning, Housekeeping and Air Care Equipment since 1971. Throughout that time we have developed a knowledge and expertise second to none, selecting only the best quality and value for money products. Due to our other business interests we ourselves are a user and are therefore able to thoroughly field test every type of equipment shown on our catalogue.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you find your order is not correct then go back to the catalogue and click on the 'View Basket' button at the top of the page. This will allow you to edit your order and correct any mistakes before proceeding to the check out.We accept credit/debit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Maestro and Switch. If you prefer you may send your credit/debit card information via phone, fax or regular mail. Public Bodies, Local Authorities, Educational Authorities, Schools, Colleges, Universities and Health Boards need only supply an official purchase order by e-mail, fax or regular mail.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery is Free of Charge on all items £25 + vat and over(except orders consisting of accessories and spare parts only) to the UK Mainland. For orders under £25 +vat there is a delivery charge of £8.95 + vat.For UK Islands, Europe and all other International destinations please call 44 (0)1506 847999 or Email sales@rgk.co.uk for a delivery price.**Important** Our carriers require a delivery address, (including home addresses) at which there is someone available between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries outwith these hours (ie. evenings) could incur an extra charge. Phone 01506 847999 or e-mail sales@rgk.co.uk for details of these charges. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.

Delivery Schedule
Orders received before mid-day Monday through Friday will be dispatched on a 2-3 day delivery unless otherwise stated (not incl Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays), on the UK Mainland. Highlands and Islands and other European destinations normally takes 4-5 days. Delivery period for International orders will be advised along with charges upon request. Delivery must be permitted between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on weekdays or as per any special arrangement agreed by RGK.**Important Note about 2-3 Day Delivery Service** All goods are sent by reliable, well established carriers, on a 2-3 day service contract (except where otherwise stated). However, even the best service is ony 95% efficient so very occasionally our carrier may fail to fulfill this promise due to circumstances beyond their control (ie. weather, traffic delays, accidents, mechanical or logistical problems). Although both our carriers and ourselves will do everything we can to avoid any delay, RGK or our carriers cannot be held liable for any loss, consequential loss or inconvenience incurred as a result of goods not being delivered on time.

Back Orders
With over 95% of products, accessories and parts in stock at any one time, back orders rarely occur. However, if any item is not in stock, we will back order for you and send them to you as soon as possible. Any out of stock situation is normally rectified within a few days.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added to the prices shown. Orders to other countries are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. In some cases we will require your vat number.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit/debit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using Military level 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We try to guarantee your complete satisfaction. Everything we sell carries a minimum of 12 months manufacturer's warranty, however some manufacturer's provide cover for anything up to 5 years. For warranties greater than 12 months the period is shown alongside the product description. All guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.

RGK UK Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties and we only send marketing e-mails about special offers or promotions to the e-mail address provided with your order. If you do not wish to receive any e-mailed information from us then please unsubscribe on the first e-mail and we will amend your record.Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and are cleared when you complete your order. We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998 and are registered with the Data Protection Agency.

Returns Policy
There is a substantial amount of information given about each product including specifications and dimensions etc. The purpose of this is to avoid any unnecessary surpises or disappointment when you receive the goods and therefore avoid returns for no good reason. We discourage a try it and buy it policy preferring instead that you seek our advice before making your purchase. The savings from this policy are passed on to you in our prices. All goods are insured to the point of delivery. If goods arrive damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.Business customersReturned goods will only be accepted for reasons, other than faulty, on condition they are unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to apply a 25% re-stocking charge (£25 + vat minumum) to cover the cost of delivery, collection and repackaging. Domestic customers. If you wish to return goods for any reason other than they are faulty or damaged then we reserve the right to apply a collection/delivery charge of £25 + vat. Faulty or damaged goods will be collected and replaced free of charge.
